Sydney by sea

The Sydney Harbour Bridge is best appreciated from below. From this perspective you can see the steel rising from the ground and appreciate its lengthy span. The stone pylons do little to support the bridge, as its not a suspension bridge. Instead, its strength originates in the single metal arch.

I took a harbor cruise with Shira's parents (she ditched us for New Zealand).

We also walked along the coast from Bondi to Coogee, affording us a sight of this hobo hangout. I promise to investigate further soon.

These folks managed to score some impressive seaside real estate. The walkway is just now being redeveloped to circumvent the cemetery (our journey took us straight through), but many of the stones date back to the 1910s.
